One night last April started it all as I sat completely surrounded by Light/Life Force. I could see myself move through the energies of Light and interact with the Light. Being so involved with the Light in the most knowing way, “by seeing it,” shifted my conscious awareness of our interaction with Light/Life Force. As I had a thought it appeared in front of me and I recognized it as a thought form. (I was in an altered state from travel fatigue.) Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen
Usui Absent Healing Symbol…Tube of Light…Sometimes called the Distance Healing Symbol.
Working with the energies of Reiki every single day since 1996 has allowed me to increase my vibrational communication to all Usui Reiki Symbols, especially the Absent Healing Symbol. (AHS) I would love to share with you the many ways I use this powerful symbol. ‘It’s as useful as a pocket on a shirt.’
Absent Healing Symbol (AHS)
First I would like to explain that the Reiki Symbols are Keys to doorways of energy. Your front door key will not open your neighbor’s front door just as the key for the Power Symbol will not initiate the AHS or Mental Emotional Symbol. Each symbol has its own code vibration activated by speaking the symbol’s name (key) three times. I will say that Reiki Energy will continuously flow without being keyed once you are attuned, but you will not have any specific key energy at work during this type of activation. There are many different keys of activation with each symbol that will be discussed later.
What exactly does the Hon sha ze sho nen do? What is its key job?
1. The purpose of the Hon sha ze sho nen is multi-faceted. It will connect your Light Intention to the Light Intention of someone thousands of miles away or on the chair in front of you. It holds the integrity of the intent over great distances and allows you to interact with the frequencies of Light required for each connection. (My intent is always to allow the correct vibration to flow that is necessary for each individual healing.)
You can place a second AHS over the first for additional clarity and more energy. I have placed the AHS on every vertebrate of the spine when working with back problems allowing the AHS to hold the specific frequency that each individual vertebrate requires. A damaged vertebrate requires a different frequency than a healthy vertebrate. I usually add additional Light to each tube with the intention of surrounding and cushioning each vertebrate allowing the necessary movement and healing to take place. Try this approach and see what happens during the process.
It isn’t necessary to tell the energy what to do; your job is to key in the symbols and hold the energy in place allowing the known frequency to reset to a perfect healthy balance. The more you can allow, moving out of the way of the energy, the better the outcome of each healing. When scrambling eggs, you are the energy holding the spatula moving it around a little and knowing when they are scrambled. You are not the eggs, skillet or the heat source! Knowing what part you play in each healing is important and essential.
Get creative with the Hon sha ze sho nen; it has its own intelligence and will only do what it does best. There have been studies of sending healing energy to participants in the next room and 900 miles away and both received the energy at the same time. Cell phones are the easiest way to explain how the Light of God works. Think about it! You are not connected to anything tangible when you use a cell phone, but you are able to talk to someone in another country or in another room just the same. The Hon sha ze sho nen works the same way and is far more dependable, never dropping the connection until you are through.
2. You can travel back in time to an event in the tube of Light, ‘Hon sha ze sho nen,’ and set in motion the energy of change by forgiving the past. I have seen it work in my life as well as the lives of others as we reap the rewards of forgiveness. The world around you will out-picture the change. Only then can we stop living our history that has kept us locked into the victim consciousness of low vibrational thinking. Be victorious as you allow yourself to grow from all the fertilizer that has piled up in your life. Recognize the summer, fall, winter, spring of your life. It’s called change! Change can be a very good thing.
I received a fortune cookie the other day that read; a man that has never made any mistakes has not lived a life worth while. I put it in my pocket and added it to my collection of wise sayings.
3. You can travel to the future and put an energy field in place that will be beneficial to an upcoming event such as a medical procedure, celebration event, speaking engagement, evaluation, lawyers, etc. The energy field is not to change anything, but to hold your intent in place until the event occurs. A warning here! Be careful you only send the vibration of the Highest Light you are capable of holding. If you worry, that will be the vibration you will be sending.
I send my Light before me everywhere I go and when it is something really important to me I send it in a tube of Light, ‘Hon sha ze sho nen’ which will anchor my intent in place and hold the integrity of the intent until the event occurs. Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things so I always send a tube of Light to everyone present in the office and to every tooth in my head and give permission for all energies necessary for a perfect outcome to be anchored in place. When I arrive the pathways have been cleared for all God Energies to be present and work in my behalf.
4. To add power, it is recommended that the Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen symbol be placed in a sandwich of Cho Ku Rei and I have found that using the Antahkarana Masculine and Feminine symbols are most beneficial at keeping a healing grid working over long periods of time. Once the grid is established you re-energize the grid as you place it in the tube of light.
I usually draw the symbol into my palms or visualize the symbol moving from my third eye to my palms. If you are a Master Level you can use Violet Breath to open the palms to receive additional energy. Once my palms are activated I command the Hon sha ze sho nen by speaking the name three times and giving the command to go to work. Commanding means giving the energy present permission to go to work and activating the intelligence in whatever action is taking place. The Power Symbol is great for energizing your body before a healing by placing the PS into each chakra and sensing the change.
For instance, I might layer the Power Symbol on top of the initial symbol I have keyed. When this possibility registered with my conscious mind I gave permission to my subconscious mind to install the programs necessary to receive the most benefit of all symbols and to run automatically. Yes, I activate a lot of programs to run automatically for my benefit so I don’t have to command every time I need a system to work. All I have to do then is stay in a state of gratitude and appreciation always giving thanks for the energies of God working within.
5. Here we go: I call in the vibrational frequency of the AHS for every healing whether in person or on the phone. I place whomever in a tube of Light, thus giving additional protection and assistance to the healing taking place. Whenever speaking to anyone on the phone whether it’s a healing or not the clarity of conversation is magnified. You can see the Light body of the individual just as though they were in the room with you. I am truly amazed at how simple the process has become. Again I must add that I have built a rapport with the symbols and have great respect and gratitude for the intelligence of each symbol. If used on the phone you can connect quicker to the Light Body of the individual you are working with.

How do you recognize your Goddess! You wake up one morning and know that your life has been a lie. You have the disturbing thought that someone or something else has been directing your life up until now. Has this all been illusion? How did this happen? Where was my Goddess all this time? Carl Jung gave us clues years ago with the teachings of Archetypes. Archetypes: A Universal pattern, a stencil of consciousness that we all recognize. A language in which our unconscious is fluent. Think about the Archetype of mother. Do you fit the patterns locked in place for this Archetype? NO! If you have a profession that takes you out of the home you probably don’t fit this pattern so stop trying to be the ideal woman…the ideal mother. Being like June Cleaver is never going to happen because she is a fictional character. It’s time to stop trying to hold onto your youth and allow yourself to slip into the shoes of the Crone. Society needs this new imprint of the powerful Goddess so women can step out of the mold and be their true wise selves, creating a new format for others to follow. We have tried so hard to be the round peg that slips nicely into the (w)hole of society. It’s time to see your perfection through the eyes of your Goddess. She will break the mold of the archetypes that society created and rewrite her own laws for living.
Do you hear yourself saying; I can’t be a Goddess I’m not pretty! I want to look like Barbie! Listen up ladies, Barbie is plastic and stiff and is another Archetype that makes women feel they have to fit a certain mold to make it in life. Being the Goddess is about seeing the beauty within, not the Barbie image that society has created. Why wait for the wisdom that comes with age? Why not open pathways to that part of you where wisdom dwells today? With whom do you associate and what are their thought patterns? Chances are you are thinking the same as those with whom you associate. The Goddess takes charge of her thoughts and makes her own decisions because she knows she has choices in life.
Where do you look for wisdom? Find a Goddess with a few wrinkles and listen to her words because she doesn’t have a hidden agenda in the outcome and will tell you the truth. You may not like what you hear at that moment, but you will thank her later. Her words will ring true in your heart long after the two of you have parted. She could fill the pages of a book with guidance on what you should avoid and which wonderful experiences you should embrace. She would probably tell you to use the linen tablecloths when the kids are small. She might tell you to take time to express your creative self every day as you sing, dance, and laugh through life. Rub the sleep of illusion out of your eyes and start your Goddess journey today!
Honor the women who have come before you and struggled to be filled with Love and Wisdom as they embrace their Goddess within; those who have been open to the voices of the Universe tapping into the cosmic resonance of Free Will. How will the young women among us know if we don’t join together spreading the word by speaking the Goddess language of Love and Wisdom? It’s our responsibility as awakened Goddesses to give our sleeping sisters a nudge and tell them to arise for the time is nigh. Give up the Sleeping Beauty thought form and stop waiting for the handsome prince to save you. It’s time to put on our Goddess warrior attire! It is not necessary to use our swords but it’s nice to know we have them if they are needed.

What do they have in common? Why do we need to understand them?
‘They are all heavily immersed in the unconscious’
If it’s unconscious then how do we access these parts of ourselves? How do we connect to the Chakras? How do we have a conversation with our Archetypes? If it’s all in the invisible part of our world what do we do as we unconsciously stumble through life?
We are totally working with an unconscious aspect of ourselves in this workshop. (Clearing the Chakras) When we think of Archetype, we are working with a Universal thought locked in the unconscious, a language the unconscious is fluent in. We are not even aware we are working with these thoughts, but we are…for instance you can know someone for years and be very close to them, even have sexual experiences with them and get along great…then you decide its time to get married. The same two people that got along so well now have a new set of rules to follow once the marriage contract is signed. What changed? You are now working under the Archetypal influence of the Marriage contract (the word contract alone says something doesn’t it?) and all the unconscious beliefs attached to that Archetype. Remember the unconscious is fluent in Archetype! What if you want to work instead of having children? Have a career instead of being a housewife? Marry the same sex? Be a house husband? Your Archetype steps in and says that was not in the contract! The unconscious begins to rub against your consciousness making friction and sometimes fires. The Archetype is not your nemeses its just there to tell you that you have the option to change what is going on, a way of looking at the patterns being repeated over and over again in your life. Your Archetype will tell you; this is really what’s going on here, if you will listen.
The real deal here is about learning to work in the unconscious/subconscious in a conscious way. When you think of chakras you think about an invisible part of us that plays a great role in explaining how we emotionally deal with our different stages of developing emotionally in life. As we journey through the first three chakras we’re learning how to deal with life in a much grounded way. We are totally in our head as we learn survival techniques from those closest to us, the family. We are locked in place with the Victim in the first chakra, that’s why we have so many counselors telling us to stop blaming Mom and Dad and get on with our lives. How about the prostitute in the second chakra that tells us you had better marry a guy with money and status if you ever want to have anything and be happy in this lifetime. The Saboteur in the third chakra saying, are you sure you are capable of doing this? You may not be able to do it on your own, remember last time?
We’ve all been there and some of us are still pretty much stuck there as we continue to blame everyone around us for all the crazy things happening in our lives. We choose not to look at the consistent patterns that keep reoccurring in our lives. When we can come to the place of understanding that it’s just the Soul allowing you to connect to someone else’s circuits that are the same frequency with the same patterns we can evolve. Until that time of enlightenment arrives we are stuck on the wheel unable to find the exit. I want to tell you about my sister Geraldine that had four or five W-2 forms one year as she did her taxes. Now that should tell you something right there! She would call to tell me every day how she was being treated at work and then she would leave that job and soon I would be hearing the same story again with different names, but the very same pattern in place. After the third job with the same story of how she was not appreciated and how she was taken advantage of and how she couldn’t believe people would act this way not paying her the correct wages. I finally told her that I had heard the same story over and over from her and I felt strongly that a pattern was in place and she needed to look at her situation from a different angle. Naturally she didn’t appreciate this information coming from her little sister and I couldn’t believe she didn’t see a coalition here. She was so locked into her Victim consciousness that she wasn’t able to speak to her Victim and say, enough, I have learned all I need to learn and I am taking back my power. It never occurred to her that she could be creating part of her problems; it was always someone or something else. Up-date; since this time 3 years ago she has noticed her role playing with her Victim.
Once we lock into patterns and refuse to change we have set in motion cause and effect. We are totally responsible for everything that goes on around us whether we admit it or not. How do we escape from the trap with the piece of cheese? Yes, it’s the same thing as locking the spring in place knowing it will come down on us and probably hurt as we experience the same piece of cheese! It’s not because we are stupid that we keep repeating these senseless patterns! To the observer it looks like a no-brainer. I can’t believe he/she picked the same kind of mate again. They keep bringing the good looking mean people home with them. They never look past fashion when choosing a mate! Does this sound familiar?
No one in their right mind would consciously bring illness or troubles into their life. Why does it happen? If you knew it was going to happen wouldn’t you stop it somehow? How do you do it? What is the secret of having some kind of control of your life? What if I told you its programs operating automatically that we put in place years ago. Would you believe that your 6 year old self was in charge of an important conversation with your boss? Would you believe that your 12 year old self just make an irrational decision with her/his spouse? It’s the truth; we are working with the old programs every second of every day. Your history will be in charge of your life in the present until you give yourself permission to see your patterns.
How do we change? How do we see the markers? To some of us they are flashing caution lights and to others we’re the moth attracted to the flame. We are attracted to what needs to be healed within us and once we recognize the process we can do something about the outcome. As long as we seek a solution we probably won’t find one. When we recognize our part in the cause and effect pattern we have put in motion only then can we change our lives. Wouldn’t it be nice to blame it on something like Aliens coming in at night and messing with our brain? Well, until we can have rational thought and admit I had some part in this tragedy/comedy of my life it will remain the same. You will still be trying to get that piece of cheese expecting different results from the same technique.
The process of forgiveness we have honed over the years is one road to your freedom. You have to be part of the process as you learn to self muscle test. We have lived in our History way too long and now its time to start living today and only today until tomorrow gets here. Releasing the past frees you to walk without all the burdens of belief from the family tribe and outside forces.
What if I gave you the secret right now? Would you take note and change your patterns? What if I told you the solution was so simple you might not be willing to commit? Are you brave enough to change? Are you willing to look at YOU from the inside-out instead of always from the outside reflection? Now the Secret! Don’t close your eyes; you need to see what you are doing. Here it is the big secret of all time; you are looking for your connection to the Divine that is already in place. (You think it’s about finding a mate or perfect job etc.) Your Spirit is already there waiting to connect to your Soul consciously. Can you believe it? That’s what it’s all about! Your Soul keeps shaking your Spirit awake bringing you lessons and patterns everyday. The Soul wants you to know it exists. Once you realize you are a Divine aspect of God with all the privileges of Godness and accept your gifts of Love from your Divine Creator you have completed everything you incarnated to do in this lifetime. You have already achieved everything; realize that’s what is going on in your life. Just because it doesn’t require a pint of blood and lots of sweat and pain doesn’t mean it won’t work! Stop doing and start allowing! The truly good God stuff comes easy, if we allow.

The Dark Mother is the most misunderstood of the triple aspects of the Goddess. Her color is Black and she absorbs everything, including light and life. The dark of the Moon is Her time, the Abyss and darkness of space Her home. Her number is nine, symbolizing wisdom and sacred magick. Nine is also the number of completion and the completion of beginnings is the Crone’s place in the cycle of birth-life-death.The Dark Mother also covers trance states, spirit communication and prophecy. Menopause is also a time to learn about the Crone aspect of the Goddess.
The mythological Crone comes to us from the mists of ancient times.10,000 years ago the goddess was revered as one all-encompassing mother goddess who controlled birth, death and rebirth. As patriarchy began to arise after c.7000 BCE, this concept began to change as women themselves became increasingly under the dominion of men.The one mother goddess image was split into three aspects reflecting the stages of women’s lives; maiden, mother and crone. The crone goddess represented the older women aspect of a woman’s life.The Crone Goddess represents the archetype of the older woman, “women are influenced by powerful inner forces, or archetypes, which can be personified by …goddesses.” An energy that lives today in the collective unconscious-a part of the unconscious mind-that is not individual but universal.
Crone comes from crown, indicating wisdom emanating from the head; hag comes from hagio meaning holy; and witch comes from wit meaning wise. The meaning of these words were distorted at one time but now the positive meaning is being re-claimed in a new movement of the Crone image as leader.We are now tapping into the ancient crone’s attributes of wisdom, compassion, transformation, healing laughter, and bawdiness. The ancient crone archetype strengthens our belief and confidence in age-accumulated knowledge, insights and intuition enabling women to stand up for their rights.We will not be invisible as we come together and proudly proclaim: We Are Crones!

This is the vision I saw yesterday during our meditation/prayer in the group circle.
There were a huge group of seagulls circling over the Gulf and they were creating a vortex like spiral over the spill. Next I saw pure white light vortexes being creating in around the edges of the spill in a circle that grew until it covered the entire spill and connected with the seagull vortex that was sucking all the oil out. Next the dolphins and whales created a geometric grid around the spill that turned into the Flower of Life pattern and then it all went blinding white and then the ocean was totally pristine and all the oil was gone. Next the coastline was touched with divine white light and continued around it until all the oil was gone. Then the ocean floor at the spill; the cracks sealed with this white light. I felt a very beautiful energy while all this was happening.

My Relatives, Time has come to speak to the hearts of our Nations and their Leaders. I ask you this from the bottom of my heart, to come together from the Spirit of your Nations in prayer.
I ask, as Spiritual Leaders, that we join together, united in prayer with the whole of our Global Communities.
I believe we as Spiritual people must gather ourselves and focus our thoughts and prayers to allow the healing of the many wounds that have been inflicted on the Earth.
We ask for prayers that the oil spill, this bleeding, will stop. That the winds stay calm to assist in the work restoring harmony as we make the choice to change the destructive path we are on. As we pray, we will fully understand that we are all connected.
